Audio feedback via mp3

I find this the best way to give feedback in ICT.

1. Simple and cheap to set up
2. Ideal for those who don't like writing
3. Much better than value judgements
4. Pupils love it (very personal)
5. Well received by parents
6. Customised to each pupil
7. Meaningful and to the point

Downside...
1. Reliant on hardware and software
2. Takes practice
3. Inhibitions about hearing your own voice?
